Cancellation Policy

I value your business and ask you to respect the scheduling policies.

As a courtesy, please remember to call as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and I would be happy to rebook it for you.

If you fail to give a 48hour notice you will be required to pay a fee of 50% of your service total scheduled missed services before rescheduling your next appointment.

If you fail to arrive to you reserved appointment time you will be required to pay a fee of 100% of your reserved services scheduled before rescheduling your next appointment. These policies also apply to arriving 15minutes or later and unable to perform services.
